AREC is a real Estate Investment Company which enables users to invest in the real estate sector in small ticket sizes (as small as 5 lakh INR), breaking the barriers of high investments ticket sizes and lengthy paperwork and process. We pool funds from multiple investors to acquire, manage, and monetize high-quality real estate assets, providing regular rental income and potential capital appreciation.

A Token- is a fraction of the total value of the asset. We break the asset into tokens, which can be purchased through our platform. The owner gets the benefits of income generated and value appreciation.
We distribute at least 90% of net rental income to unit-holders, they can choose from monthly and quarterly payments.
Once a token is purchased, the owner can sell it at any time they want. The token can be listed again on the platform after the owners written consent.
